Job Description:


        


Inbound Calls- No Sales!


        

Taking inbound calls for a specific customer about a service


        

Trouble shoot and problem solving with customers


        

Basic technical troubleshooting with customers via chat


        

Representing the brand identity by providing remarkable customer experiences

Requirements:


        

Prior customer service experience


        

Prior call center experience a plus


        

Patience to de-escalate customers and handle difficult situations


        


MUST be able to work weekends-NO EXCEPTIONS


        

Accurate and strong data entry


        

Good grammar


        

Computer literacy and strong computer navigation ability


        

HS diploma or GED

Hours:


        

MUST be FLEXIBLE


        

MUST be able to work weekends.


        

Must be flexible to work 8 hour shifts between 3pm 3am.
